Retatrutide

Retatrutide is an experimental peptide from the multi-receptor-agonist generation, designed to activate the GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon receptors simultaneously. The glucagon component sets it apart from dual agonists: beyond the incretin pathways, the molecule also engages hepatic energy-mobilisation mechanisms, giving researchers a tool with a unique signalling profile.
